We use this information to manage event interest and respond about the relevant experience. Registration of interest does not confirm a place, date, or payment.

Enquiries

We store the contact details and message you submit so ShiftKiln can review and respond to your enquiry. Event registration and general enquiries are kept as separate records.

Access and your choices

Submission records are restricted to authorised ShiftKiln administration access. Providing optional fields is your choice. You can request correction or deletion through the contact form. Your details are not automatically added to marketing lists, and this website does not currently send automated confirmation emails.

Assessment responses

Self-reflection answers are processed in your browser and are not submitted to ShiftKiln. They clear when you reload or leave the page. You may download your own result.

Website services

Website files and submission storage are provided through the hosting platform. Fonts are served with the website. External websites have their own policies. Private-site sign-in is managed by the hosting platform.

Retention

Registration and enquiry records remain available for administration until removed by ShiftKiln. A fuller retention schedule and published organisational contact details should be confirmed before a public launch.

Impact story submissions

We store your name, email, experience, written account, and consent choices to review your story and contact you about it. Stories are not published automatically. Publication requires consent and editorial approval; photographs and videos require separate permission. Your email is kept private. Use the website contact form to request a correction, removal, or withdrawal of consent.
